A very skilled repair team that knows what they’re doing and is great at it; a job well done. The texts during the repair process were an unexpected bonus, as well as the car picked up cleaner (interior and exterior) than when I dropped it off. I can’t speak for everyone, but the process went fairly smooth and I’m pleased with the result.

Andrea and the staff at Caliber Collision are fantastic! From start to finish everything went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised that our vehicle was completed ahead of schedule. They were very easy to work with and efficient. Andrea is incredible! She knows her stuff and makes sure you are well taken care of, that your vehicle is repaired properly and she will not settle for anything less than the best for you and your vehicle. Her communication is great and she is understanding, helpful, accommodating, professional, and so nice.

The repair job on my Honda Civic was 5 stars. Excellent quality and completed in 3 business days. However, my key fob was returned to me damaged, cracked in half and taped together. The associate who handed my key back to me inquired with the shop (after I immediately asked him to the second I saw the key fob) and stated “that’s how the keys were dropped off.” I’m not happy about that, and now need to get my key fob repaired likely at the Honda Service Center which is another hassle. Also, my drivers side window controls were damaged by an associate. The enamel has been chipped or eaten away somehow. Looks to me to be an acidic or basic chemical substance I’d wager from a soiled finger. Thankfully this car is only a base model Civic sedan that’s pretty old . I do not trust this business enough to bring my expensive automobiles to be serviced here- I would strongly caution others to do the same. (And god forbid I’m involved in another MVA in Fresno) Front office staff and adjuster that estimated damages for my car was friendly though. Nothing bad to say on that front.
